Tiroa E & Te Hape B Trusts are Māori land trusts based in the King Country, managing significant farming and environmental assets on behalf of their beneficial owners. Affiliated with descendants of Rereahu, the Trusts oversee large-scale sheep and beef operations alongside extensive native bush and environmental projects across the whenua.

Operating across approximately 3,000 hectares, our Te Hape B Trust station is seeking a capable and reliable:
Tractor Driver / General Farm
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys practical work, variety, and being part of a progressive farming business. The position supports day-to-day farm operations across machinery work, fencing, maintenance and seasonal farm tasks.
You’ll work closely with the wider farm team and play an important role in maintaining infrastructure, supporting stock operations, and helping keep the farms running efficiently.
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Tractor and machinery operation across seasonal farm work
• Fencing construction and repairs
• Water system and general farm maintenance
• Track upkeep and infrastructure support
• Assisting with environmental and development projects
• Supporting the wider farming team when required
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and machinery care
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
• Has practical tractor and machinery experience
• Brings good fencing and maintenance skills
• Takes pride in producing tidy, reliable work
• Is motivated, dependable and able to work independently
• Has a strong attitude toward health & safety
• Is physically fit and enjoys working outdoors
• Holds a full NZ driver's licence
